 real time rewinding diameter, slitting speed and width etc can be set real time according to production requirement, 

the rewinding tension is controlled automatically.
4,shaft less center rewinding , four rewinding working stations,( two for inside, two for outside ), each rewinding working station equipped with seperated driver , auto tension control system and impress roller system.
5,The rewinding motors which near with each other can be tandem drived, to rewind material with big diameter and width.
6,Introduce pneumatic shaft-less air chuck and hydraulic lift device for mother roll loading, for swift material loading.
7,Introduce imported auto tension control system (Mitsubish ) for unwinding tension control, to keep the constant unwinding tenion.
