Application:
Application: This machine is designed for slitting and rewinding of film such as PVC, PVC,BOPP,CPP,BOPET etc.
Performance and Characteristics:
1、Introduce siemens PLC centralized communication control and manmachine interface system. Parameters can be displayed ,input and adjusted rea l time according to different working condition. With function such as buffer start up, stop loose proof ,meter counter and self-diagnose etc. Easy for operation and maintenance.
2、Movable rewinding station： with the rewinding diameter increasing, the rewinding station can be moved in film passing direction, ensure the stability of geometrical parameter of the rewinding roll, hence full fill slitting and rewinding with high quality.
3、Introduce Siemens servo control system for material feeding and rewinding, parameters such as tension, taper， real time rewinding diameter, slitting speed and width etc can be set real time according to production requirement, the rewinding tension is controlled automatically.
4、shaft less center rewinding , four rewinding working stations,( two for inside, two for outside ), each rewinding working station equipped with seperated driver , auto tension control system and impress roller system.
5、The rewinding motors which near with each other can be tandem drived, to rewind material with big diameter and width.
6、Introduce pneumatic shaft-less air chuck and hydraulic lift device for mother roll loading, for swift material loading.
7、Introduce imported auto tension control system (Mitsubish ) for unwinding tension control, to keep the constant unwinding tenion. Introduce American web guider system to ensure the alignment of web passing.
